The perfect venue can sometimes be right on your doorstep! A stunning Clearspan marquee provided the setting for a September wedding

From the very first meeting to discuss the wedding plans, it was decided that the customers home was going to be the venue. No problem, the paved drive provided enough space for us to install the marquee, along with an entrance canopy, band and bar annexes, and then the inspiration was to suggest a clear gable end to offer a stunning view of the sloping lawn and well established oak tree.

One day was all that was needed to install the clearspan marquee with clear gable end, all annexes, white pleated interior linings, interlocking wood floor with champagne carpet, parquet dance floor, lighting, furniture and all the trimmings.

This was a typical single day wedding marquee install, at least one free day is allowed for customer set up.

Entrance

Clear doors flush fitting to a clearspan marquee 3m x 3m, interior linings and flooring provided the perfect guest entrance to the main marquee

Main marquee

Clearspan marquee 9m wide x 15m long, perfect for 80 seated guests. The clear gable end PVC upgrade provided views to the sloping lawn and well established oak tree.

Band annexe

Just a small area, but important none the less. Positioned centrally to one side, a clearspan annexe size 3m x 1.5m just gave a bit of help for the band to set up before the guests arrived, flooring and white pleated linings were consistent with the main marquee, and the usual lining wall reveal screen kept the equipment hidden from view.

Bar annexe

Tucked away to the side of the marquee was a 3m x 6m clearspan marquee used for the bar / refreshments. A very important addition!

A clearspan marquee 3m x 3m provided the entrance, leading to the main structure 9m wide x 15m long, fully lined in white, the guests were unaware of the paving beneath their feet due to the fully interlocking wood floor with champagne carpet overlay. To maximise the available space the top table was positioned on the parquet dance floor, with a concealed band annexe behind and a bar annexe tucked away behind the house. The perfect afternoon setup, with just the minimum of table adjustments made after the formal speeches to get the evening party rocking!
