Being engaged is such an exciting and magical time, but we know that planning a wedding can sometimes feel overwhelming. That’s why, here at Kingsmead, we are here to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible. From your first consultation to the big day itself, we’ll be with you every step of the way, offering guidance, support, and a friendly face to make sure everything runs smoothly. Here’s how we bring your dream day to life.

We begin with a consultation and site visit to understand your vision and requirements, size, special features, layouts and furnishings. A site visit ensures the location is suitable, allowing us to plan the best setup and provide a tailored layout for your event.

We create detailed CAD drawings and plans for the marquee layout, ensuring the size, configuration, and design meet both your needs and the venue’s requirements.

Once confirmed, we schedule your marquee installation, coordinate delivery of any additional furniture, flooring, lighting, and décor and ensure everything is prepared for a seamless setup.

Our professional crew installs the marquee with precision, handling everything from flooring to lighting, ensuring all elements are in place for your special day. We remain on hand for any last-minute adjustments.

After your event, we return to carefully dismantle and remove the marquee and furnishings, leaving the site exactly as we found it.
