Set in the beautiful grounds of Stanford Hall, the weekend brought together outdoor enthusiasts, families and nature lovers to learn vital bush craft skills. From fire-lighting and shelter-building to foraging and outdoor cooking, the event focused on traditional survival techniques and sustainable living.
Kingsmead Marquees provided a range of versatile structures across the site, creating essential covered areas for workshops, demonstrations, group activities and event logistics. Designed to be practical and unobtrusive, the marquees blended into the woodland backdrop while providing reliable shelter and space for a variety of uses.
Events like this are all about being prepared and working with your environment, our role was to provide spaces that support the activities and keep everything running, rain or shine.
Working closely with the organisers, Kingsmead ensured that each marquee was tailored to the specific needs of the weekend. From open-sided structures for hands-on demos to enclosed areas for talks and kit storage, the setups were built to be functional, weather-ready and in harmony with the outdoor ethos of the event.
